The folks from Marengo are excellent to work with. The responded to a call for water damage in my basement in an extremely timely manner. I'm a relatively new homeowner and have never dealt with water damage before. The crew that arrived took a fair amount of time to walk me through what they were looking for (moisture content in walls, signs of mold, etc. The Marengo crew's willingness to deal with my questions and concerns as a first time home owner made me feel confident that they know what they're doing and also shows that they care about their customers. Marengo's service was extremely efficient. Marengo's crew quickly identified the source of the issue, deployed fans/water mitigation tools, and moved water soaked carpet to minimize any damage. I'd will definitely call Marengo for any future carpet cleanings/water damage needs.

Marengo Carpet Cleaning has taken care of our 20+ Year old carpet for years. On Monday they did a great job cleaning the carpets and then on Wednesday returned to rescue me from a little accident. Marengo Carpet Cleaning has been cleaning our carpets for years. They always do a very professional job, and don't ever try to get us to clean more than we want during a specific cleaning. Recently had them clean our tile shower with their new shower cleaning equipment. 15 year-old shower looks and feels brand new, with a nice new coat of sealant on it as well. Highly recommend this procedure. These guys are a class act.

We had a basement flood and upon hearing the news Marengo Carpet Cleaning showed up to check it out immediately. They walked me thru the entire process, answering every one of my questions, which was super assuring and helpful during such stressful times. In addition to their great communication and their excellent responsiveness the entire time, they are professional, kind and honest about their work. First off, Chris came and did the estimate. He was on time, wearing a mask and wrote me up. Very professional and an extremely good deal. Brad and Wyatt showed up on the proper date, and on time. They went even further than I thought. They gave all the baseboards a good vacuuming and then proceeded to clean the rug. Their equipment was top notch and had no problem taking care of any stains in the rug. It was amazing. If you need your rugs to get a very thorough cleaning these are the guys. They were the most professional rug cleaners I have ever used and I highly recommend them.
